PRM is the acronym of Partner Relationship Management and can be defined as a business strategy, internet system, or software program. Its aim is to improve communications between businesses and their channel partners. It allows partners to access leads more efficiently, collaborate on deals, improve their negotiations skills, and build solid partner relationships.

PRM has complete channel visibility meaning that companies can provide information quickly and easily to their collaborators. This translates in a faster deployment, higher use by partners, customizable branding and live access to data.
